CAN YOU SPELL "DEFAMATION" JOHN DOYLE AND STEPHEN SWIECIKI?
Falsely accusing someone of fraud, impersonation and stealing intellectual property in a public forum is defamatory. Someone must have clued Swieciki in, because he edited his comment to add the word "allegedly" after a couple of hours. But the original version remains on Facebook's servers, and the company will know how many people saw the defamatory comment. And John Doyle's, too. Even if they are subsequently deleted.
